International Shipping Policy
Please email us if you receive a notification that we cannot ship to your location, it might be a shipping error.
Production takes 3-4 days counting from the day after your order was placed as each product is custom made. We use DHL only for international shipping.
The approximate shipping times are as follows.
Canada: 3-4 business days.
Europe: 3-4 business days.
Rest of the World: 3-4 business days.
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.
Please add you email and phone number for tax clearance purposes.
An order may only be shipped to one address. To have items shipped to another address a new order would need to be placed.
