Shipping Policy

Please email us if you receive a notification that we cannot ship to your area, it might be a system error.

Shipping Rates: Shipping is free in the United States.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for all our International customers.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped after 48-72 business days hours. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation that contains the tracking details.

Every product is custom made for you when an order is placed. This manufacturing process takes about 2-3 business days. After your order is fulfilled approximate shipping times are as follows. 

United States: 2-8 business days.

Canada: 8-15 business days.

Europe: 8-15 business days.

Rest of the World: 8-15 business days.

An order may only be shipped to one address. To have items shipped to another address a new order would need to be placed.

*Please note that during Track season we always process an unusually high demand of products. we always send out a courtesy email whenever there is a delay
